About the Journal
The IJRDO – Journal of Business Management was started to give space to people who study how businesses work and how they change over time. The journal grew slowly, mostly because many researchers wanted a place that was easy to publish in and also freely accessible to everyone. We kept that idea from the beginning.
The journal covers many areas because business is not limited to one subject. Authors send work on strategy, marketing, finance, HR, operations, and a number of smaller fields that connect to them. Some submissions are full research papers, but we also receive reviews, case-based studies, and shorter pieces that simply explain an idea or observation. All of these are considered as long as they add something meaningful.
When a paper is submitted, it goes through a double-blind review. Reviewers do not know who the author is, and the author does not know who reviewed the paper. This helps keep things fair and reduces bias. We only accept work that has not been published before, and we expect authors to follow basic research ethics and proper citation standards.
The journal is open access. Anyone can download and read the articles without paying or creating an account. All published papers follow the CC BY 4.0 license, which allows others to reuse the material with proper credit. We chose this model so that readers from all countries can benefit from the research without limitations.
IJRDO is the publisher behind this journal. The group manages several academic titles, most of them in fields related to business, social sciences, and applied studies. The aim is simple: to support authors who want a straightforward publishing process and to provide readers with research that is easy to access and practical to use.
